The Objective of this Site
This isn’t theory. It’s a collection of tools, strategies, and truths gathered from years of surviving and fighting injustice.
Your site Team Leader was a member of “the criminal defense bar, which has the professional mission to challenge actions of the State.” (Gentile v. State Bar of Nevada, (1991) 501 U.S. 1030, 1051) Yet my life was executed by criminals calling themselves police in 2012.
I was a great attorney, yet the vastness of what I did not know about the law is staggering, compared to what all of these on going years of intense training on the subject of proving innocence has produced.
Your own arrogant attorney thought he or she knew so much too. You are going to show them how ignorant they were.
What You’ll Find Here
This site is grounded in California law, but its tools apply across the country. Note that you will need to adjust to the specific laws and procedures of your state. Use what fits your situation.
What brought you here is the need for survival. This site was built for that. What’s here is a path.
Here You’ll Find:
Legal Tools — motions, statutes, and case strategies you can adapt.
Survival Mindset — mental framing to endure relentless pressure.
Emotional Strength — ways to get through fear, panic, and exhaustion.
Education Articles — resources broken down by specific situations.
Where to Go Next
The laws, strategies, and even templates are here for you to use. But if you don’t know how to use them correctly, you can actually hurt your case — or the case of the loved one you came here to protect. Raise an issue incorrectly or incompletely and lose, and you’ve killed that issue forever. You cannot return to it later. Better to slow down, do it carefully, and do it right the first time. Yes, that means your loved one may sit in prison longer. But doing it wrong means they may sit in there far longer.
Where you begin depends on where you are.
If you need remedies and practical steps, head to the Education section.
If you’re in pain right now, start with the Key to Surviving — a path for making it through the next day, the next hour, or even just the next sixty seconds.
You’re not alone. The fight is brutal, but there is a way forward.

then who is left?
