Surviving Injustice

Image of the sun being eclipsed by the moon, the light around the edges but darkness inside and around it, is the sentiment we overcome when surviving injustice, the center has the words, "In the Dark of the Sun"

In the dark of the sun
We will stand together
Yeah we will stand as one
In the Dark of the Sun

Injustice is Survivable

If you or a loved one suffer from injustice, welcome to where you are finally understood. You are no longer alone.

No longer do you need to, and no longer should you, think of yourself as a victim. Victimized you certainly were, but we are evolving past that mindset. At some point we must decide that we choose to survive. Survival is the state of mind that allows us to push through anything. Survival belongs to those that are willing to do anything to obtain it.

We do not do anything unethical, because that will lead to losing. Just like in the wild we do not eat poisonous food, neither do we cheat.

In the wild, in order to survive, there are no rules, other than do not die. (Even that has an exception, parents will sacrifice themselves to spare their young.) If a person becomes stranded, there are some that will not do somethings and will die as a result. Bear Grylls from Man vs. Wild, gave one of the greatest examples of this. He was doing a show in Africa, found a fresh huge pile of Elephant dung, lifted it over his head and squeezed it so that the water in it fell into his mouth. Giving him life sustaining water. That is a survivor, willing to do anything to obtain it.

If you think that criminal defense attorneys do not have to eat Elephant dung in open court on a regular basis, then you are well indoctrinated by popular media.

Injustice is More Common than Most Realize

Injustice in movies tends to be portrayed in a way that is the opposite of how it truly is. Writers love to show our legal system as a speed bump for criminals. We have all seen the countless movie scenes where the bad guy goes before a judge. The defense attorney says a couple magical lines. Maybe says a case name, and then the judge says “well looks like I have no choice but to dismiss.” The prosecutor says something about how its not fair that this is injustice. Then the killer walks out of court.

Of course for anyone who has been wrongly accused and wrongly convicted, we know better. The opposite of what is portrayed in movies is what occurs. Injustice is rampant, in that no matter what the defense attorney says and no matter how wrong the prosecutor is on the facts and law, the judges refuse to honor the law and deny justice. The truth is that if you are accused you are already guilty. Injustice is the norm.

This site is prepared by a former prosecutor, criminal defense attorney and son of a judge. I have lived my entire life in the justice system.

How We Help with Injustice

We survivors of injustice know what it is to be woken up from the American dream.  It is important to know that you are not alone.

This site is designed to help you learn the tools you need to get the job done. You can read more about the overview and objectives of the site on the Site Overview page.

In a nut shell, over ten years of work in gathering all of the necessary tools to mount an attack on injustice has been gathered and placed in one location for you to implement. Or if you are here fighting for a loved one, for you to help them regain freedom.

Articles that Educate to Combat Injustice Directly

Because injustice is so frequent, the effects of it are broad.  Some of the tools cover many aspects, but how to use them becomes very specific to situations. The articles in the Education page will help you learn about various tools. Read through them and get a sense of what is best for your situation.

The site is a long work in progress. New content is added regularly to continue to build the various tools survivors of injustice need.

Blacks and Injustice

As a result of investigating a friend’s case to help prepare a habeas corpus petition on grounds per California Penal Code Section 745, the correct method of ascertaining the truth was applied and the results are shocking.

Quite by luck, or even fate, a path was taken during the course of this investigation that reveals a horrendous truth about California and her government. Please, no matter your race, read this article.

Special attention is being devoted right now to the Black community. Pages are being set up specific to their situation. If you are here for yourself or a loved one and happen to have more melanin in your skin than others, what is commonly referred to as black, then there is a great deal provided to you.

We knew it was bad, but no one had any idea of what is really going on. The below bar graph shows what the current legal actions rate for Blacks is, what it would look like if our population sizes were equal and if we maintained the current rate, and what it should look like if Blacks were prosecuted at the rate Whites are.

A bar graph shows the shocking injustice occurring to Blacks in California.

Almost no one... is what the truth is.

The California Department of Justice knew.  The consciousness of guilt that was recently encountered is an indictment of California’s shame and undermine’s the so-called Apology issued to Blacks for slavery.

The truth has been revealed that not only is California actively involved in the incidents of slavery in violation of the Thirteenth Amendment, but the Department of Justice has been aware of it and actively concealing it. There is no other conclusion to be reached. Read this article about their actions taken just before and after the enactment of Apology Act for the Perpetration of Gross Human Rights Violations and Crimes Against Humanity, with special consideration for African Slaves and their Descendants.

It is not possible to conclude there is any sincerity to that apology. The “Attorney General shall be the chief law officer of the State” not the entity responsible for its cover up. (Cal. Const. art. V. Sec. 13)
