we will stand together
we will stand as one
Injustice is Survivable
If you or someone you love has been crushed by injustice — you’ve finally found a place where you’re understood. You are not alone.
At some point, we have to make a choice: survive or die. Survival is a state of mind — the one that lets us push through anything. And here is a reality you probably know, but still good to hear:
Survival belongs to those willing to do whatever it takes to find it.
In the wild, in order to survive, there are no rules, other than do not die. Some people that become stranded find there are somethings they won’t do— and will die as a result. Bear Grylls from Man vs. Wild, gave one of the greatest examples of doing whatever it takes to survive. He was doing a show in Africa, found a fresh huge pile of Elephant dung, lifted it over his head and squeezed it so that the water in it fell into his mouth. Giving him life sustaining water. That is a survivor, willing to do anything to obtain it.
Your Team Leader
I spent my life in the justice system. I was a prosecutor. I was a criminal defense attorney. I was raised by a judge.
And none of that protected me. I wasn’t exempt from being destroyed by corrupt cops.
I know what it is to feel cheated to your very soul.
The average person can’t imagine the sheer terror your own damn doorbell can bring. We live in a small, safe town — and yet a retired judge and former prosecutor had to install steel fences and security cameras, just to feel protected from the police.
I know what you feel like. I’ve lived it too.
And I learned what it takes to work past all of that. To survive it.
That’s why I’m here. To share what I’ve learned. Sometimes it’s legal tools. Sometimes it’s insight into the system. And sometimes it’s just how to make it through the next day — or the next hour — or even the next sixty seconds.
New Perspective on Injustice
We survivors of injustice know what it is to be woken up from the American Dream.
At first it feels like life was stolen — but did you ever really possess an illusion?
In truth, we were jolted awake. And as painful as that was — as much as it sucked — it means we’re no longer fools. We now see the reality that was hidden from everyone we knew.
This site exists to help you learn the tools to fight back against injustice. Since 2012, I’ve been reading and gathering materials every day — cutting through the games to deliver the paths you may need. And I’ve put them here— for you, or someone you love — so you can begin reclaiming freedom.
If you want a fuller picture of what this site offers, you’ll find it on the Site Overview page.
Articles that Educate to Combat Injustice Directly
This site is a long work in progress. With lots of knowledge still to be added, and new content is uploaded regularly to keep building the tools survivors of injustice need.
Because injustice is widespread, the solutions must be specific. That’s why the Education page is built around real situations — so you can choose what applies to yours.
But survival isn’t only legal. Injustice doesn’t just hit in court — it hits your mind, your body, your spirit. That’s why the education here isn’t only statutes and case law. It’s also about the tools, perspectives, and mindset that help you keep standing when the system wants you broken.
Blacks and Injustice
While investigating a friend’s habeas case — centered on California Penal Code § 745 — we uncovered a truth about this state that few had ever faced head-on.
We knew it was bad. But no one realized just how deep it ran.
That’s why special attention is being devoted right now to the Black community. Pages are being created specifically to speak to this reality — to your reality.
And this isn’t just theory. The bar graph below shows the disparity clearly:
- what the current rate of legal action for Black defendants is,
- what it would look like if population sizes were equal while keeping the same rate,
- and what it would look like if Blacks were prosecuted at the same rate as Whites.
No matter your race, read this. See it for yourself.

California’s Cover-Up and the 2025 Lawsuit
When numbers are this far out of balance, the natural thought is: how could anyone not see this?
Because seeing is believing — and the California Department of Justice saw. They knew. And they concealed it.
Their knowledge is not mere silence. It is consciousness of guilt. That is fact.
On Pi Day — March 14, 2025 — your team leader filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, suing the DOJ for concealing this evidence. That case exposes more than hidden records. It reveals the failings of a judiciary too afraid to confront the truth, and the criminal acts of litigation espionage carried out by the very Department sworn to uphold the law.
The truth is clear: California has been complicit in modern slavery in violation of the Thirteenth Amendment, and its own Department of Justice has actively concealed it. There is no other conclusion. Cal. Const., art. V, § 13: “The Attorney General shall be the chief law officer of the State” — not the architect of its cover-up.
This indicts California’s shame and strips away any sincerity from the so-called apology issued to Blacks for slavery. Not for long, because we have something to say about it.
Wanna Know Where to Go?
A solid next step is to take a peek at a path that has worked for a few of us.
If it’s not for you, then cool — no sweat. But since we don’t know what we don’t know, it can’t hurt to gain a new point of view, from someone who’s stood in your shoes too.
You’re not alone.
